Pre-arrival services
- Full clean — kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, hoovering, mopping
- Fresh linens and towels
- Fridge and pantry restocking based on your shopping list
- Welcome arrangement — flowers, wine, local products, anything you specify
- AC pre-cooled or heating pre-warmed before you arrive
- Airport transfer coordination (we work with vetted drivers)
Departure services
- End-of-stay clean and inspection
- Fridge cleared, perishables disposed
- Plants watered, blinds drawn, AC switched off
- All windows secured, alarm armed, mail held
- Final photo report so you know your home is closed properly
How it is priced
Arrival and departure services are billed per stay, separately from your subscription. We quote based on property size and your shopping list. As a member, you get priority scheduling.
