Utility bills and payments
- Receive and process bills — electricity (ΔΕΗ / alternative providers), water (ΕΥΔΑΠ / municipal), gas, internet, condo dues
- Set up direct debit where possible, manual payment where not
- Flag unusual charges before they’re paid
- Quarterly summary so you always know where the money went
Building and condominium representation
- Attend building meetings (γενικές συνελεύσεις) on your behalf
- Vote according to written instructions you provide in advance
- Read and translate building notices and announcements
- Coordinate with the building manager (διαχειριστής) on common-area issues
- Flag major decisions — assessments, renovations, legal matters — for your attention
Insurance and accountant liaison
- Monitor insurance renewal dates and ensure documentation is in order
- Coordinate with your accountant on property-related declarations (ΕΝΦΙΑ, rental income, etc.)
- Represent you in insurance claims — file paperwork, attend site visits, follow up
- Liaise with the local tax office (ΔΟΥ) on routine matters
