Why this exists

A short story about somebody else's keys.

Five principles we don't compromise on.

Founder-led, not founder-listed. Every property is overseen personally. No subcontractor chains.
Members-only quality. We cap the number of properties we accept. Capacity is the only honest way to guarantee attention.
Documentation, always. Every visit produces a timestamped, photo-backed report. You always know what was checked and when.
No surprises on the bill. Your subscription covers what's listed. Add-on work is quoted before we lift a finger.
Cancel anytime. 30 days notice. No exit fees. No long-term contracts. Stay because the service is worth it.

Standards

How we run the operation.

Key management. Keys are never labelled with property details. They are stored under coded internal control. Third-party access only with your written authorisation.
If we lose a key. We replace your locks at our cost — full stop.
Liability insurance. We carry a professional civil-liability policy in line with Greek and EU standards.
Independent oversight. If you already use an Airbnb manager or cleaner, we don't replace them — we audit them on your behalf.
Privacy. We never publish photos of your home, your name, or any identifying detail. Testimonials are anonymised unless you explicitly opt in.
