Once you are a member, you have a real person in Greece who picks up the phone. That sounds simple. It is not, when you need it.
What concierge typically covers
- Deliveries — receiving packages, signing for couriers, forwarding when needed
- Shopping — buying and delivering specific items to your property
- Gifts — flowers, wine, hampers sent to family or friends in Greece on your behalf
- Guest coordination — your visiting friends or family need a key handover, a taxi, a recommendation? We handle it
- Local arrangements — restaurant bookings, ferry tickets, doctor appointments
- Family support — checking in on elderly relatives, prescription pickups (with appropriate consent)
How concierge is billed
Each request is quoted before we act. Most simple errands (under one hour) are flat-fee. Larger projects are quoted hourly. As a member you get a 20% discount versus our standard rate.
What we do not do
We are not a 24/7 emergency response service. We are not a chauffeur. We are not your personal lawyer. For specialised needs, we refer you to vetted partners and supervise the relationship.
